ahyesreaperscouncilor:

“Ah, I see. You see Primarch, there is hardly any reports you haven’t seen as well. Or do you want me to discuss how we are not able to let more refugees to the Citadel, because they were blocking access for our military ships - of all species.”

“A troubling problem, yes, but one I felt has been dealt with to the best of the Docking Authority’s abilities.  Extraneous civilians will have to compete for resources and stymy the movements of all military vessels.  …We can’t afford that, not now."  It burdened his heart, but the old general was a pragmatist, not a saint.

"I’ve noticed an discrepancy in fill orders for aid requests.  Above all others, turians have been provided the most succor through official channels, despite high demand from all sectors and species.  This is racial favoritism, and I was hoping you’d have some idea where it’s coming from."  He showed the councilor his datapad.

"C-Sec bias makes sense, at least superficially – a great number of our own people serve in its ranks."  While their devotion to upholding the law was commendable, the Primarch feared that the officers might now have been granting their countrymen unfair favor.
